TUES 16TH JULY 2013 - Burnley have splashed the cash on up and coming full back Simon Williams from Racing.
Though to be in the region of £3M, the 17 year old English defender signed a youth contract for the Spanish side only last year. However, his skill was noted by Burnley scouts, prompting Anderson to bring the youngster back to the UK.
