SAT 6TH JULY 2013 - Burnley have today announced the signing of Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick on a two year deal.
The England international who joined Man Utd from Tottenham back in 2006 for £14, joins the Clarets for £3.8M.
The signing fuels rumours that Kevin McDonald may be on the way out, with clubs having apparently shown interest in Burnley's Player of the Season for the 2012/13 campaign.
